I know, I thought of writing all about ingredients used in doing my soaps and soap products, but then I came across this somewhere and it truly touched my heart.. I had no words... Wish all men are this ...umm sensitive.. caring and loving!!! "SOULMATE"

“Why do you love me?” he heard her whisper in the night. He closed his eyes, a tear forming sure to stain his pillow.

I love you because I do. I love you because the Universe showed me the way to you. I love you because my heart beats your name, my mind drowns in your eyes, my soul feels yours even when we are miles apart.

I love you because I have no choice; I didn’t ask to love you. I didn’t need to love you, but I love you just the same. My arms aren’t filled unless you’re in them and my thirst is not quenched unless you are the drink.

I love you because I feel comfort in being out of my comfort zone with you by my side. I love you because every cell of my body responds to your touch, to your look, to the way you move and the way you sound. I love you because something, somewhere, directed me to you.

It was my soul and you are its mate.

Through the paths we have taken to one another, I have loved you. I’ve played in comfortable places among comfortable people until I had no choice but to leave there to come to you here. I battled the gods themselves and faced the raging storms of hell until, one day, the clouds parted and your eyes met mine.

I waited, impatiently, for you until that shock from my heart announced your arrival.

I know you are scared, my sweet Angel. I know you feel the pangs of fear and the dread of a journey of which no arrival is guaranteed. But I promise you this: when the demons come I will stand strong with you at my back and you will be protected. When the brimstone comes raining from the sky I will shield you until each storm passes. When the swine and malcontent arrive, I will fight them and when the battles are over and the storm clouds are gone I will hold your face, look into your eyes, and you will know why I love you.

World's best "DYADA"- My daddy the best !~

I've been contemplating for several months now on whether I would share something so deeply personal, but my good internet buddy inspired me with her blog on her dad & here I’m…(I shall with her permission try to post her link)(Ok..got her permission and here goes the link~http://reallifetalks.com/?p=1050
This seems ironic, but I actually have a hard time speaking about my feelings. Especially when it comes to my “dyada”…

A father's love is as important to a child’s emotional development as a mother’s. Crucially, a father’s love is often just as important as a mother’s. Few cases, it is even more so. To become a strong, confident woman, a daughter needs her father’s attention, protection, courage, and wisdom...

My father is one of the most influential & important person in my life, from infant to toddler to tween to teen & to adulthood. His influence in my life has shaped my self-esteem, self-image; confidence helped me stand strong in times of strife. My views about the world stands positive still, after all the things I've gone through and made me a more positive person & to look at life with all its beauty.
My mom said the moment dad held me after I was delivered I grabbed onto his thumb, I had him wrapped around my finger ever since. Hehe.. I’m not even sure why, but I've always been a daddy’s girl. My dad is the smartest person I know.  He is a master of all trades and has always done it all.. Make, build, paint, or fix just about anything…

I still ponder on the things he does for me and my sibling, his struggles, his strength, and most of all love for my mother & we both (sisters).Dad’s best gift has been love; more importantly respect for my mother. He showed us what a family is and how a family comes to exist, the bond between the family; the value of a family.

During the pesky hormonal years that can often have dads shying away from their moody and sometimes standoffish daughter, my dad has always been supportive and a guiding light, he gave us our space to understand the ways of the world. When I and my sibling were tween gals, dad focused on cultivating a trusting relationship so that his daughters felt secure talking to him and my mom about what's going on in our lives.

He also knew my younger sibling was a contrast, she always enjoyed the girly stuff, playing with hair, being around mom, serving food even as a young girl and helping mom. She would stand for long in front of the mirror draping mom’s saree or my duppatta(indian shawl or a long scarf worn by Asian women).
He has always done things which helped us connect at a better level with him.
As we continued growing into our teens ,fraught with complicated issues, dad continued to work on building a trusting relationship, gave sufficient affection and supported us as we learnt more about who “she” is and what kind of person “she” wants to become, Dad made it imperative that, no matter what, he would avoid the temptation to pull away or withdraw during this sometimes challenging stage of growing up.

When I was ill and serious  during childhood, I remember dad carrying me on his shoulders and running hospital to doctor’s residence to another hospital to another. My dad made me accept facts of life saying if you want sympathy look up the dictionary, don’t look for it in people around you. He made me realize I’m no less than anyone and I could achieve the things I aim at..

Once when we were out dining, along with our family one of my cousins had joined. I ordered all that I felt like and when questioned by my cousin all I said was I would order to my heart’s content when my dad can afford it.. Though dad was happy of the fact that I completely trusted on him, & that he was connecting and making me closer to him, he corrected me saying it was not the way and we aren't allowed to waste anything. He told us of the harsh realities prevailing around us, what hunger is, what people do to satiate the hunger and as to why we shouldn't waste food. He also said, I could have all that I wanted as long as I finish and not waste anything. It’s a lesson I still remember and follow! Till date I don’t prefer to take food onto my plate and waste it. I prefer not take extra serving when not needed..

I love listening to dad’s naughty days as a young lad. I also love it when he reminisces of his younger days or when he and my mom were dating and their courtship days. He goes on for hours and anyone can fall in love with his mystical voice. he sings lovely. This again takes me back to my childhood days when I would just not be satisfied with any number of stories by my mom and dad would put me to sleep with his soothing voice with just 1 story which had no head or tail..but it was just the magic of his voice. till date I can sleep with ease if its my dad's lap..

My dad is one that always makes my day better.  When I came home from school after being made fun of for being the chunky kid, my dad would always state about how pretty, smart, or talented his daughter was. He taught me to take things in a positive stride and to ignore the negativity the world showcased. I’m not sure how I would have made it through my teen years without such a loving dad.

He always makes people laugh with his corny jokes and would give the biggest bear hugs. My sissy calls him a teddy bear! Couple of days ago when I went to a regular shopping complex the vendor at the shop, told me your dad is superb! he cracks jokes and is really witty,he makes everyone here smile and get on with the day.. I wish I had the funny bone that he has…

The difficult times I've given my parents and the love they have shown me makes me ever grateful to them…(I've been the naughtiest child one could ever think off)..It’s because of my dad I've never felt lonely all through my life. I know I can lean onto this pillar of strength when I have a moment or 2…

My Dad has always been a seeker of a life of integrity and honesty, avoiding hypocrisy and admitting his own shortcomings, so that we (me and my sibling) have a realistic and positive example of how to deal with the world. He modelled a reflective approach to life's big questions so that we could seek to do the same.

From attending our school festivities to buying me something I wanted the most, no matter how expensive it was. He did see it was important to me. - The video games; all that I asked for & sometimes did not too. He acknowledged me being a gadget freak, way since my childhood. My most unforgettable toy during my growing up years was a mechano set, as a toddler it was a musical panda, a scrabble block set. He realized I was not much into girly things like the kitchen set or the pink stuffs or the dolls. I loved holding dad’s biceps, have even hurt him on instances and got a scolding..  The only girly thing that I enjoyed was tying pony onto my dad’s hair and adding colourful animal and bird clips that were ideally for me. No matter how late he would return from work he knew I would be awake for a long ride with him around the city and without fail would take me around.

He has always just been a voice away. One single call from me and I've dad by my side. I still remember a time when dad was away on work almost outskirts of the city ; I was out on an errand or to meet couple of friends. By the time I wanted to return to my horror I found my vehicle tyre punctured. Without any forethought I called my dad & told him the scene. Lo! He was there to help me.. He has been my moral support in all my trying times. I can blindly trust him like none other...

I wish & I’m hoping my dad is  proud of his daughters just like we are proud to have a “dyada” like him…Dyada like none other. I love you Dyada…

What it feels like…

It sucks to bottle things up inside you…

But it sucks more knowing that when you tell someone something,

They will just sit there and judge you…

It is so hard to open up to someone who’s just curious about what you’re going through in life.

And once the curiosity is satisfied, they just leave you.

Or much worst, they will spread sh*t about you.

Yes, trust is always an issue.

You may find it funny, but for me,

It’s easier to tell things to a complete stranger, because they don’t judge you.

They do listen, and it doesn’t matter if they tell it to the people they know, ’cause they don’t have any idea about who you are, where you came from and what you are going through.

What I really wanna emphasize is that, once you found the person who can be whoever, who are themselves when you’re with them, where you can act stupid, silly and crazy at times yet they still accept you for who you are. Don’t let them go. Cherish them. Value every single moment with them.

It’s not everyday that you meet someone whom you can share every littlest thing in your life.

It’s not every day that you meet someone who cares, who really cares.

It’s not every day that you meet someone whom you can call your FRIEND.

Honestly, I may have few of them, but I know and I am sure that they love me and that they do care for me.

And it is because of them that I consider myself ONE LUCKY PERSON on EARTH.

Previous night when I was SMSing my friend I told him I'm in the process of searching myself and in response he replied back saying if you would want to search yourself look into the hearts of people where you lived and shall always..who love you for all that you are without any pre requisites and conditions..

A girl's message-

If you see me walking the road with someone else
It’s not because I like his company
Its because you’re not brave enough to walk
beside me.

If you hear me talking about him all the time
Its not because he pleases me
Its because you’re too deaf to hear my
heartbeat

If you feel me falling with someone new
Its not because I love him
Because you’re not there to catch me fall

If you feel lost, I too am nowhere
I too don’t know where the road is going
Are we gonna cross each other’s path
Or just completely turn around?
Will we just let go of what we had
Or go to the place where love is bound

Don’t let me walk with him
It’s you I want to walk with
Don’t let me talk of him
It’s you I want to talk with
Don’t let me fall for him
It’s you I want to fall in love with.

“HOW THE GUY REPLY”

When you thought I wasn’t brave enough to walk
beside you
I was behind you every step of the way
Still filled with awe because of the beauty
that stands before me

When you thought I was too deaf to hear your
heartbeat I didn’t want to assume anything
And I was afraid to lose our friendship

When you thought I wasn’t there to catch you
It was because you never gave me the chance
You never reached the bottom, you’ve already
grabbed a branch

If you feel like you are nowhere, I too am
lost I too don’t know where the road is going
Are we just going to turn around,
Or are we gonna cross each other’s path?
Will we just let go of what we had
Or go to the place where love is bound?

Don’t let me walk alone
I want to walk by your side
Don’t let me talk of something else
It’s you I want to talk with
Don’t fall for someone else
It’s you I want to fall in love with.

Lovers to Friends…

One of the most dangerous things about falling in love is the risk you take knowing that in a moment that someone could no longer be yours. So why do we do it? Why do we open our hearts to feel vulnerable and broken? Because falling in love is a human’s most divine sense of feeling. For some people the love they have never fades. It exists as long as they exist. And when the world tries to invade what they have waited so long to feel, they wrap their fingers around it and never let go. White knuckles, red palm, they never let go. But with that love comes an ache that can never be rid of. It’s that uncontrollable and unstoppable realization that you have no power over the way you feel. You are victim to the sting of love. It hurts as much as it heals. For some, that ache wears on their soul, and they find themselves forgetting why they loved in the first place. They let go, release the tension in their hand, and watch as the very thing they once held dear fades away. So why do we do it? Why do we fall in love? Because even if the person you love gives up on you, even if you give up on the person you love, what has been will never change. The way your heart felt while it did last makes the risk worth it. Never forget what you did have. Maybe one day, you will find each other again. Maybe one day, you’ll both remember why you loved so deeply. Maybe one day, you won’t. But no one can take away what your heart so fondly remembers.

I'm letting it all go.. Some-things can never be forgotten..Few people are in distant memory yet they are there...

People might give up the dreams woven together, the goals of being together. But then, they know, they gave up for the happiness of each other. 'THEY'gave up. Yes, but they won’t let their weakness destroy whatever  they had made. The relationship they had created. The ‘we’ is just too beautiful to make it fade.

Its again a new beginning...
Goodbye lover..

Choose Happiness: Coping With Broken Tiles

Yesterday night couple of friends gathered at out home.  We focused on the broken tile syndrome.  This concept is based on the fact that our eyes may be more focused on a broken or missing tile in some great mosaic versus appreciating the larger work.  Oftentimes we do the same in our lives – focus on what’s missing versus what we do have.

Once you determine your broken or missing tiles, then what?  Dennis Prager, in his book, Happiness Is A Serious Problem, tells us that we have three options:  Get It, Forget It or Replace It.

Get It  I shared with the group that one of my missing tiles is that I have a need to write a book(a cookery book or say owning a restau).  It is something I have postponed for many years and it continues to weigh on me.  This is something I feel very strongly that I need to do.  Whether or not it gets published is not important, but the mere fact that I can complete it and make the effort to get it published is enough.  I already have the idea in place, however it calls for action

Forget It   I lost my grandparents parents(maternal as well as paternal)couple of years ago.  There is nothing I can do to bring them back, so although those are two huge(maternal 1 and paternal 1) missing tiles in my life, I have to forget it.  Not to forget them.  I never will.  I have come to accept that the best I can do is to carry their legacy forward, to honor their memories and if I can be half the woman my grandmom(maternal) was nothing like it...

Replace It   John Walsh, the host of America’s Most Wanted, came into his role in finding criminals after his son, Adam, was kidnapped and murdered in Florida.  He turned that tragedy into something to help others by creating legislation to protect children and to help law enforcement find criminals.

What we all friends realized is that in talking for 90 minutes or so we learned so much about each other. I hope a number of us identified some broken tiles and will find the time to determine how best to address them to help increase our happiness.  May you think about your own broken tiles and do the same.

Women

Women..

They smile when they want to scream.

They sing when they want to cry.

They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous

They fight for what they believe in.

They stand up for injustice.

They don't take "no" for an answer when they believe there is a better solution.

They go without new shoes so their children can have them.

They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.

They love unconditionally.

They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards.

They are happy when they hear about a birth or a new marriage.

Their hearts break when a friend dies.

They have sorrow at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.

They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.

Women come in all sizes, in all colors and shapes.

They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you.

The heart of a woman is what makes the world spin!

Women do more than just give birth.

They bring joy and hope.

They give compassion and ideals.

They give moral support to their family and friends.

Women have a lot to say and a lot to give.

Choose Happiness: My Pepper Tree Of Hope

We moved into our house about 6 years ago.  The spring after moving in, we did some work on our yard beside our home.  This included purchasing pepper tree.  My granny went with me to the nursery and helped me pick it out. We had a similar tree in our backyard at our previous home so this was the connection.  I grew up hanging upside down from that tree, with the requisite warnings from my mom to get down lest I break my neck! :D

For a few years our new tree did well.

Post monsoon 08 my granny quietly left us all...

A few summers ago our pepper tree appeared to succumb to a brutal summer.  Limb by limb it too apparently would quietly yield to the elements. When I cut the last dry branch I went back to nursery and looked for a new tree.  I explained to the arborist that I needed to replace my tree.  He asked whether there were any green shoots.  I affirmed that there were, though they were small.  He said it was always sad to give up on a tree.  Perhaps I should see if these new shoots would take.

The pepper tree is now a little larger than when we first purchased it. The buds which survived have now grown into strong branches.  Hope has won out.  I have cared for the tree all these years and have brought it back.  The work continues, but the tree remains.

I recall that our tree back in my parents’ house also went through some problems.  A plague cursed through its rings which, unlike Saturn’s, I know these marked time.

This is the season of hope.  Keep hope alive.  Assure that it’s grounded hope, not just hope beyond hope, as this may lead to desperation.

Stay Happy My Friends!

YOU..

You’re the only one who has the power over your life.
You have your choices.
You own your chances.
You alone can make it happen, can make the change.
Chances are, you’ll succeed.
Chances are, you’ll fail.
But regardless of those things that will happen, I'm just here.
Not the best companion or whatsoever, but I can swear one thing,
I'm willing to listen.
I’ll speak my mind if you’ll ask me to.
Or just stay awake with you....

Choices.. Chances..

A beautiful poetry that I read ; immediately penned it down..Don't wanna get into the depths of the poetry but just plain enjoy it...

"You can shed tears that she is gone,
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she’ll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all she’s left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember her only that she is gone,
or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what she’d want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on. ”

My Diamond

MY DIAMOND ( this came from my heart )

This is by far the most sincere and honest piece that I have ever written in my whole life, and this is for the most important and the most loving person that i know, I cherish this person ever since I opened my eyes, ever since I took my fist steps, from the time that I had my first full laugh, she watched me grow and have my own life directed by me, she's everything that I've always wanted to be when I grew up,I want to do everything for her just like she does for us, I want to be sweet, I want to be the perfect daughter, I don't want to ever let her down, never, she has always been so proud of me, bragging me, caring for me, protecting me, and I love her so much, I love the smell of her hair, the way she laughs when I tell jokes,I love the way she cooks for us, and I cannot bear the thought of losing her, she is the best in the world, she is the greatest, and she loves me more than anyone could ever do, she is my diamond......

When he came into my life, that's when the nightmare started, I totally became a different person, it's like, I've run away without looking back, I've changed my heart and turned into a person that I cannot fully describe, selfish? unfair? numb? disrespectful? evil? or hurtful perhaps, I can't look at the mirror anymore, cause everytime I do, I get disgusted with myself, I've forgotten all the people that matters the most, I've forggoten all the memories, I neglected all the screams, while I'm in a world of lies and deciets, she cries, waiting for my messages that never came, waiting for my hugs that were never there, she needs me and I ignored her, I can't feel anything anymore, I'm trapped with this feeling that I have for my private demon, instead of standing up for her and with her, I stood up for him, instead of being strong for her, I became weak because of him, and I'm sad, I can't remamber the last time I smiled without pretense, can't remember a lot of things that I love to do, it's all gone now, so is myself, i'm now drifting away, I'm losing myself, she is loosing me, and I'm loosing the people that I love, all because of this deep-undying feeling that I had for this someone, my private demon, i know that this sounds stupid and pointless, but i know, someday, I'll be coming back, from being the old me, I'll be the sweet daughter again, I'll be the funny sister again, i'll be myself again, and I'm going back, I'll be her child again, and  she'll be my diamond..These were my thoughts previously a couple of days ago..but now....

............Boom ! and Yes Today am confidently back..The same ME.. A happy, cheerful, confident, funloving, adorable ME..Mama, Always there for you.. The same old ME may be the better ME..who knows your Value, your love, your affection..

A story worth sharing!- Realities..Life is what you understand not what you see !

4 years ago, an accident took my beloved away and very often I wonder,
how does my wife, who is now in the heavenly realm, feel right now? She
must be feeling extremely sad for leaving a husband who is incapable of
taking care of the house and the kid. 'cos that is the exact feeling that
I have, as I feel that I have failed to provide for the physical and emotional
needs of my child, and failed to be the dad and mum for my child.

There was one particular day, when I had an emergency at work. Hence, I
had to leave home whilst my child was still sleeping. So thinking that
there was still rice leftover, I hastily cooked an egg and left after
informing my sleepy child.

With the double roles, I am often exhausted at work as well as when I am
home. So after a long day, I came home, totally drained of all energy.
So with just a brief hug and kiss to my child, I went straight into the
room, skipping dinner. However, when I jumped into my bed with intention
of just having a well-deserved sleep, all I heard and felt was broken porcelain
and warm liquid! I flipped open my blanket, and there lies the source of
the 'problem'... a broken bowl with instant noodles and a mess on the bed sheet
and blanket!

Boy! I was mad! I was so furious that I took a clothes hanger, charged
straight at my child who was happily playing with his toy, and gave him
a good spanking! He merely cried but not asking for mercy, except a short
explanation:

"Dad, I was hungry and there wasn't any more leftover rice. But you
were not back yet; hence I wanted to cook some instant noodles. But I remembered
you reminding me not to touch or use the gas stove without any adults around,
hence I turned on the shower and used the hot water from the bathroom to
cook the noodles... One is for you and the other is for me. However, I was
afraid that the noodles will turn cold, so I hid it under the blanket to
keep it warm till you return. But I forgot to remind you 'cos I was playing
with my toys...I am sorry Dad..."

At that moment, tears were starting to run down my cheeks...but I didn't
want my son to see his dad crying so I dashed into the bathroom and cried
with the shower head on to mask my cries. After that episode, I went to
my son to give him a tight hug and applied medication on him, while coaxing
him to sleep. Then, it was time to clear up the mess on the bed. When everything
was done and well past midnight, I passed my son's room, and saw that he
was still crying, not from the pain on his little buttock, but from looking
at the photograph of his beloved mummy.

A year has passed since the episode; I have tried, in this period, to focus
on giving him both the love of his dad and mum, and to attend to most of
his needs. And soon, he is turning seven, and will be graduating from kindergarten...
Fortunately, the incident did not leave a lasting impression on his childhood
memories and he is still happily growing up.

However, not so long ago, I hit my boy again, with much regret. This time,
his kindergarten teacher called, informing me of my son's absence from
school. I took off early from work and went home, expecting him to explain.
But he wasn't to be found, so I went around our house, calling out his
name and eventually found him outside a stationery shop, happily playing
computer games. I was fuming, brought him home and whack the hell out of
him. He did not retaliate, except to say, 'I am sorry, Dad'. But after
much probing, I realized that it was a 'Talent Show' organized by his school
and the invite is for every student's mummy. And that was the reason for
his absence as he has no mummy.....

Few days after the caning, my son came home to tell me, the kindergarten
has recently taught him how to read and write. Since then, he has kept
to himself and stayed in his room to practice his writing, which I am sure,
would make my wife proud, if she was still around. 'cos he makes me proud
too!

Time passes by very quickly, and soon another year has passed. It's winter,
and its Diwali time. Everywhere the Diwali spirit is on, in every nook and corner Diwali
crackers and frantic shoppers....but alas, my son got into another trouble.
When I was about to knock off from the day's work, the post office called.
Due to the peak season, the post master was also on an edgy mood. He called
to tell me that my son has attempted to post several letters with no addressee.

Although I did make a promise never to hit my son again, I couldn't help
but to hit him as I feel that this child of mine is really beyond control.
Once again, as before, he apologized, ' I'm sorry, Dad' and no additional
reason to explain. I pushed him towards a corner, went to the post office
to collect the letters with no addressee and came home, and angrily questioned
my son on his prank, during this time of the year.

His answer, amidst his sobbing, was :  The letters were for Mummy.
My eyes grew teary, but I tried to control my emotions and continued to
ask him: " But why did u post so many letters, at one time?"
My son's reply was: " I have been writing to mummy for a long time,
but each time I reach out for the post box, it was too high for me, hence
I was not able to post the letters. But recently, when I went back to the
postbox, I could reach it and I sent it all at once..."

After hearing this, I was lost. Lost at not knowing what to do, what to
say.....

I told my son, " Son, mummy is in the heavenly kingdom, so in future,
if you have anything to tell her, just burn the letter and it will reach
mummy. My son, on hearing this, was much pacified and calm, and soon after,
he was sleeping soundly. On promising that I will burn the letters on his
behalf, I brought the letters outside, but couldnt help opening the letter
before they turn to ash.

And one of the letters broke my heart....

Dear Mummy,

I miss you so much! Today, there was a  'Talent Show' in school, and
the school invited all mothers for the show. But you are not around, so
I did not want to participate as well. I did not tell Dad about it as I
was afraid that Dad would start to cry and miss you all over again. Dad
went around looking for me, but in order to hide my sadness, I sat in front
of the computer and started playing games at one of the shops. Dad was
furious, and he couldnt help it but scolded and hit me, but I did not tell
him the real reason. Mummy, everyday I see Dad missing you and whenever
he thinks of you, he is so sad and often hide and cry in his room..  I
think we both miss you very very much. Too much for our own good I think..
But Mummy, I am starting to forget your face. Can you please appear in
my dreams so that I can see your face and remember you? I heard that if
you fall asleep with the photograph of the person whom you miss, you will
see the person in your dreams. But mummy, why havent you appeared?

After reading the letter, I cant stop sobbing 'cos I can never replace
the irreplaceable gap left behind by my wife....

For the women with children:
Don't do so much overtime. If you cannot finish the work, it must be some kind of problems within the company , and it is not your sole problem. Feedback to your boss. Endless overtime may not necessarily be the answer to the problem. Take care of your health so that you can treasure and take care of your little precious one.

For the married men:
Drink less, smoke less, cause nothing can replace your good health, not even business nor clients.
Try thinking this way, are you able to work till your clients are totally dependent on you? or your boss is totally dependent on you? In this society, no one is indispensable.
Take care of your health, so that you can take care of your little precious one
and your loved ones.

Positive Attitude

A diabetic man lost his feet due to the disease and he says..."now I won't get tired tying my shoes" soon there after, he again lost the other one and he says...”now I won’t get tired traveling” eventually this man lost his eyesight and he says…”Now I can maximize the use of my senses since I would just be focusing on the four.” being positive doesn’t mean indifferent on the norm, being positive is simply saying…“I want to live a happy life no matter where I am, no matter what I have come to be”-

The Making of a Woman

By the time the Lord made women, He was into the sixth day working overtime.  An Angel  appeared and said "Why are you spending so much  time on this one?"

And the Lord answered and  said, "Have you read the specification sheet on her? She has to be completely washable, but not elastic; have 200+ movable parts, all replaceable; run on black coffee and leftovers; have a lap that can hold three children at one time; have a kiss that can cure anything from a scraped knee to a broken heart; and have six pairs of hands."

The Angel was astounded at the requirements for this one. "Six pairs of hands! No way!"  said the Angel.

The Lord replied, "Oh, it's not the hands that are the problem.  It's the three pair of eyes that women must have!"

"And that's on the standard model?" the Angel asked.

The Lord nodded in agreement, "Yep, one pair of eyes are to see through the closed door as she asks her children what they are doing even though she already knows. Another pair in the back of her head are to see what she needs to know even though no one thinks she can. And the third pair are here in the front of her head.  They are for looking at an errant child and saying that she understands and loves him or her without even saying a single word."

The Angel tried to stop the Lord  "This is too much work for one day. Wait until tomorrow to finish."

"But I can't!" The Lord protested, "I am so close to finishing this creation that is so close to my own heart. She already heals herself  when she is sick AND can feed a family of six on a pound of hamburger and can get a nine year old to stand in the shower."

The Angel moved closer and touched the woman, "But you have made her so soft, Lord."

"She is soft," the Lord agreed, "but I have also made her tough. You have no idea what she can endure or accomplish."

"Will she be able to think?" asked the Angel.

The Lord replied, "Not only will she be able to think, she will be able to reason, and negotiate."

The Angel then noticed something and reached out and touched the woman's cheek. "Oops, it looks like You have a leak with this model. I told You that You were trying to put too much into  this one."

"That's not a leak." the Lord objected.  "That's a tear!"

"What's the tear for?" the Angel asked.

The Lord said, "The tear is her way of expressing her joy, her sorrow, her disappointment, her pain, her loneliness, her grief, and her pride."

The Angel was impressed.  "You are a genius, Lord.  You thought of everything for this one.  You even created the tear!"

The Lord looked at the Angel and smiled and said, "I'm afraid you are wrong again.  I created the woman, but she created the tear!"

Dreams give life- very touching

I shed a tear! Very moving …
In Phoenix, Arizona, a 26-year-old mother stared down at her 6 year old son, who was dying of terminal leukemia.. Although her heart was filled with sadness, she also had a strong feeling of determination. Like any parent, she wanted her son to grow up & fulfill all his dreams. Now that was no longer possible..
The leukemia would see to that. But she still wanted her son’s dream to come true. She took her son’s hand and asked,
‘Billy, did you ever think about what you want to be once you grew up?
Did you ever dream and wish what you would do with your life?’
’Mommy, I always wanted to be a fireman when I grew up.’
Mom smiled back and said, ‘Let’s see if we can make your wish come true.’
Later that day she went to her local fire Department in Phoenix, Arizona, where she met Fireman Bob, who had a heart as big as Phoenix. She explained her son’s final wish and asked if it might be possible to give her 6 year-old son a ride around the block on a fire engine.
Fireman Bob said, ‘Look, we can do better than that. If you’ll have your son ready at seven o’clock Wednesday morning, we’ll make him an honorary Fireman for the whole day. He can come down to the fire station, eat with us, go out on all the fire calls, the whole nine yards! And if you’ll give us his sizes, we’ll get a real fire uniform for him, with a real fire hat - not a toy one - with the emblem of the Phoenix Fire Department on it, a yellow slicker like we wear and rubber boots.’ ‘They’re all manufactured right here in Phoenix, so we can get them fast.’
Three days later Fireman Bob picked up Billy, dressed him in his uniform and escorted him from his hospital bed t o the waiting hook and ladder truck. Billy got to sit on the back of the truck and help steer it back to the fire station. He was in heaven.
There were three fire calls in Phoenix that day and Billy got to go out on all three calls. He rode in the different fire engines, the Paramedic’s’ van, and even the fire chief’s car. He was also videotaped for the local news program.
Having his dream come true, with all the love and attention that was lavished upon him, so deeply touched Billy that he lived three months longer than any doctor thought possible.
One night all of his vital signs began to drop dramatically and the head nurse, who believed in the hospice concept - that no one should die alone, began to call the family members to the hospital. Then she remembered the day Billy had spent as a Fireman, so she called the Fire Chief and asked if it would be possible to send a fireman in uniform to the hospital to be with Billy as he made his transition.
The chief replied, ‘We can do better than that. We’ll be there in five minutes.. Will you please do me a favor? When you hear the sirens screaming and see the lights flashing, will you announce over the PA system that there is not a fire? It’s the department coming to see one of its finest members one more time. And will you open the window to his room?’
About five minutes later a hook and ladder truck arrived at the hospital and extended its ladder up to Billy’s third floor open window….. 16 fire-fighters climbed up the ladder into Billy’s room
With his mother’s permission, they hugged him and held him and told him how much they LOVED him.
With his dying breath, Billy looked up at the fire chief and said,
‘Chief, am I really a fireman now?’
‘Billy, you are, and The Head Chief,
Jesus, is holding your hand,’ the chief said
With those words, Billy smiled and said,
‘I know, He’s been holding my hand all day, and the angels have been
singing….’
He closed his eyes one last time.
