Unhealthy thoughts unhealthy food..

When you consistently eat unhealthy food, sooner or later your body suffers. As food is to the body, thoughts are to the mind. Thus, every thought you subject yourself to - be it something you read, a video/movie you watch, people you interact with, has an impact on your mind. To consistently maintain a healthy and positive mind, be picky, extremely picky about the environments you subject yourself to. Avoid negative environments to the extent possible, and choose positive, uplifting environments instead. Just as you go on a healthy food diet for the body, strive to go on a "healthy thought diet" for your mind.
